He was predeceased by: his parents, Jules Rousseau and Effie Rousseau; and his siblings, Buddy Rousseau, Donald Rousseau and Verdie Buckles.
He is survived by: his children, Laura Ann Terrebonne (David), Kristi Rousseau, Jill Wicker and Gerald John Rousseau Jr.; his grandchildren, Eliana Terrebonne, Sammy Terrebonne, Emily Jones, Julian Rousseau and Christian Rousseau; his great grandchild Nova Marie Rousseau; and his siblings, Clarice Charlet, Joyce Theriot, Marion Landry and Raymond Rousseau.
