With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gaitino Canzoneri Sr. of Ponchatoula, Louisiana, born in Hammond, Louisiana, who passed away on January 8, 2021 at the age of 68. He was predeceased by: his wife Pandora; his parents, Carlo Canzoneri and Catherine Chapman; and his brother Luke Canzoneri. He is survived by: his children, Theresa Rossi (Anthony "Tony" Rossi), Alexis Canzoneri and Gaitino Canzoneri, Jr.; his grandchildren, Timothy Rossi, Victoria Canzoneri and Giovanni Canzoneri; his siblings, Antoinette, Suzanna, Anna, Francis (Lupe), Joe, Johnny and William; and his stepmother Maria Canzoneri. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and friends.
