Florence Rita Peltier Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 4, 2025, at the age of 99, Florence Rita Peltier of Ponchatoula, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Felix Peltier and Anna Legendre Peltier; and her siblings, Ethel Adams, Lillian Perque, Pearl Gros, Nettie Watts, Enola DeGruy, Madeline Thibodeaux, Howard Peltier, Emmett "Blue" Peltier, Ernest "Mose" Peltier, Edward "Pete" Peltier, J. C. Peltier, Valley Peltier and Darrell Peltier.
She is survived by: her sister Anna Mae Mixon. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (255 N 8th St, Ponchatoula, LA 70454). A Mass was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial donations may be made to a charity of choice.
