We bid farewell to Eugenia Hebert LeSaicherre of Ponchatoula, Louisiana, born in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 9, 2024 at the age of 92. Eugenia touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack W. Robertson and Willie Mae Shepherd Robertson; her former husband Cecil J. Hebert; her husband Joseph Ralf LeSaicherre; her children-in-law, Pam Baham Hebert and Kevin Collentro; and her brothers, Stewart Robertson and Jackie Robertson.
She is survived by: her children, Jeanie H. Collentro, Lisa Thompson (Manson), Joey L. Hebert (Michelle), Jeffrey LeSaicherre (Cathy), Ralf LeSaicherre (Elizabeth), Chris LeSaicherre (Hyacinth), Frank LeSaicherre (Wendy) and Danny LeSaicherre (Mally); her grandchildren, Erin Hebert, Jennifer Daigle (Kasey), Heather Sellers (Scott), Jeff Alan LeSaicherre (Martha), Ryan LeSaicherre (Jessica), Kevin LeSaicherre (Sommer), Andrew LeSaicherre (Ashley), Kelsey LeSaicherre, Cory LeSaicherre (Erica), Michael LeSaicherre (Ellen), Jay LeSaicherre, Stephanie Baham (Jason), Lane Thompson (Brynn), Bryn Thompson (Emilia), Neil Thompson, Alexa LeSaicherre, Peyton LeSaicherre, Amanda O'Donnell (Matthew), Matthew LeSaicherre (Abbie), Emily LeSaicherre, Sarah Robbins (Clint) and Corban Burch (Rae); her great grandchildren, Reed Young and Kathryn Daigle; and her siblings-in-law, Bonnie Brooks and Thomas Hebert. She is also survived by 24 other great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home and Crematory - Ponchatoula (100 W Magnolia St, Ponchatoula, LA 70454). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at the Ponchatoula Cemetery (18392 Wisteria Dr, Ponchatoula, LA 70454).
