She was predeceased by: her husband Dewitt Carl Kinchen Sr.; her parents, Eleanor Davies and Clifford L. Howes; and her siblings, Clarence Howes, Wilbert "Bill" Howes, Troy Howes, Brennen Howes, Hiram Howes, Alma Howes Gay and Catherine "Dee" Noelie Howes McLain.
She is survived by: her children, Barry J. Kinchen (Xiuchun), Keith H. Kinchen (Rachael), Stanley R. Kinchen (Diane), Luther D. Kinchen (Vicki), Dewitt Carl Kinchen, Jr. (Donna) and Susan K. Perrin (Ray); her brother Oneil L. Howes; and her grandchildren, Kent Kinchen (Lisa), Victoria Kinchen, Caleb Kinchen (Ashley), Tyler Kinchen, Jonathan Kinchen (Becky), Nicholas Kinchen (Catherine), Kimberly K. Maddox (Kevin), Jamie K. Meek (Justin), Dathan Kinchen, Dylan Kinchen, Devin Kinchen, Dane Kinchen (Ashley), Dustin Kinchen (Samantha), Desiree'K. Hale (Stephen), Stephen Perrin (Jessica), Adam Perrin, Derek Perrin (Amber), Raymond Perrin (Ellen) and Hao Wei Feng. She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren, and many more nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ln Hughes Funeral Services (21400 S I - 12 Service Rd, Ponchatoula, LA 70454). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Davies Cemetery.
