With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dotsy Meyers Eleser of Ponchatoula, Louisiana, who passed away on December 23, 2020 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Richard John Eleser; and her son Richard "R. J.". She is survived by: her children, Lana J. Eleser and Reginald "Reggie"; her daughters-in-law, Linda S. Eleser and Rosalie Eleser; her grandchildren, Braville LeBlanc, Dawn Brooks, Lisa Luther, Rodney Eleser, Scarlet Morris, Gator Eleser and Byron Eleser; her daughter Virgie Eleser LeBlanc; and her siblings, Lillie Babin, Lydia DeArmond, Virgie LeBourgeois, Grace Meyers, Lillian Meyers, Beaulah Braud, Elsie Cox, Lena Frazier, Ovide Meyers, Louis Meyers, Leo Meyers, Grant Meyers, Bill Meyers, Eugene Meyers and Edmond Meyers. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel in Ponchatoula, on Sunday at 2:00 pm. Interment will follow in the Ponchatoula Cemetery Mausoleum. Face masks are mandatory to attend any visitation or service at the funeral home and we ask that you maintain a respectful distance with the family.
