He is survived by: his wife Marie "Darlene" Effler Hughes; his children, Mitchel (Clara Hughes), Michael (Tammy Hughes), Martin Hughes, Adam Hughes and Angelina Story Legoria; his son-in-law John Legoria; his siblings, Jimmy Rester, Winnie LeBlanc, Elois Knight (Buddy) and Nora Coyne (Johnny); his grandchildren, Brian (Melissa), Jonathan Hughes, Brock and Lainey Legoria; and his great grandchildren, Jordan, Gage, Cadence, Spencer, Elliot and Amelia.
