It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Claire DeMont Cosgrove of Ponchatoula, Louisiana, born in New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on December 3, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick DeMont and Clotilde Andre DeMont; her husband Edward "Eddie" Cosgrove Sr.; her grandsons, Andy Cosgrove Jr. and Edward Adolf Cosgrove; and her siblings, Freddie DeMont, Mary Nichols and Dorothy Foy.
She is survived by: her children, Eddie Cosgrove Jr. (Cindy), Andy Cosgrove Sr. (Carol) and Lydia Cosgrove; her grandchildren, Tina Cosgrove, Karla Stroud (Doug), Ben Cosgrove and Adam Cosgrove; and her great grandchild Sawyer Stroud. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
