He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl M. Bennett, Sr. and Vivian Davis McIntyre; and his son James R. Bennett. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Boudreaux Bennett; his daughter Sarah B. Webb (Brad); his grandchildren, Cambre Webb and Caroline Grace Bennett; and his siblings, Dale McIntyre (Tammy) and Cindy B. Cunningham. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, and friends.
