It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy John Gordon (Ponchatoula, Louisiana), who passed away on August 13, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lois Gordon and Ray Gordon; his son Eric Gordon; and his mother-in-law Lutie B. Allen. He is survived by: his children, Julie Oldenburg (Steve), James Allen Gordon (Lorie) and Keith Gordon; his sister Bobbie Smith; his grandchildren, Gordon Cortez (Lauren) and Haley Gordon Wheeler (Kyle); and his great grandchildren, Baker Cortez and Grady Wheeler.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the pre-school department at First Baptist Church of Ponchatoula.
