He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Thomas Maxwell and Doris Marie Smith Maxwell. He is survived by: his wife Belinda Folse Maxwell; his children, Jason Maxwell (Terri) and Kayla Maxwell Mobley (Jamie); his grandchildren, Kelsey Mobley, Kaytlon Mobley, Hannah Mobley, Kaitlyn Maxwell and Elizabeth Mobley; his siblings, Robert Maxwell (Connie), Ronny Maxwell, Marty Maxwell (Viviana), Kenny Maxwell (Katy) and Patsy Sharbono; his mother-in-law Alva Ladner; and his brother-in-law Barry Folse. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to the Big Creek Baptist Church Youth Group.
