He is survived by: his wife Pamela LaCroix; his children, Jason Mundy, Jeremy Mundy and Amy Mundy (Ryan Lincecum); his stepsons, Jeffrey LaCroix (Emily) and Robbie LaCroix (Nina); his sister Christy Mundy; his grandchildren, Kaylee, Avysta, Hailey, Carlee, Jeffery Jr. and Catherine; and his great grandchildren, Adrian, Jacob, Hazel, Scarlett and Weston.
