She was predeceased by: her daughter Donzie Lea Smith; her brother John Riley Smith; her grandson Bayelyn Smith; and her parents, John Smith and Melba Smith.

She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth Jason Delgado Almanza, Jesus Adrian Delgado Almanza of Fountain, CO, Michael Lee Smith of Kirbyville, TX and Joshua Harris Smith of Leesville, LA; her brother Aubrey Edgar Dowden of Corpus Cristi, TX; her cousin Sue Craft of Natchez, MS; and her grandchildren, Joslyn, Banner, Bandytt and Harley Shane. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
