With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Louise Rush Dobernig of Pollock, Louisiana, who passed away on December 16, 2023 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Ira Dobernig; her parents, Herman Rush and Pearl Dauzat Rush; and her siblings, Edwin "Buddy" Rush, Ronny Rush, Donny Rush and Myrad Matthews.

She is survived by: her sons, Dewayne Dobernig, Rodney L. Dobernig (Edwina) and Daryl Dobernig (Lana); and her sisters, Carolyn Caskey, Kathy Nugent (David) and Linda Gail McCann (Robert). She is also survived by seven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
