She is survived by: her spouse Garland Collins, Jr.; her children, Chris Wooley (Miranda) of Hineston and Kacie Malone (Todd) of Pollock; her mother Paula Kulpit of Tioga; and her sisters, Tamara Kulpit of Tioga, Daleen Johnson (Roy) of Georgia and Valerie Kulpit of Washington State. She is also survived by six grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
