Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint James leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his father James Ernest Horne Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Salena F. Norwood-Horne; and his brothers, Cartea Norwood and Anthony Norwood. He is also survived by his nieces, and nephews, he never got to meet his great nephew, but always asked about him; other relatives, and friends.
