She was predeceased by: her husband Carl Slaughter, Sr.; and her brothers, Gary Evans, Donald Evans and Randy Evans. She is survived by: her sons, John Slaughter and Jason Slaughter (Wendy); her grandson Carl Slaughter; and her brother Michael Ray Evans. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
