She is survived by: her father Dexter Adcock; her partner Casey Alan Berlin; her children, Chloe Dawn Berlin, Ava Dawn Stokes and Brian Craig Schmalz III; her sister Sarah Theresa Fletcher (Tyler); and her grandmothers, Eddye Durand and Barbara Patricia Johns. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, other family and friends.
