He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Narcisse and Ruby Encalade Narcisse; his grandchild Karlan Narcisse; and his parents-in-law, Joseph and Mary Williams.
He is survived by: his spouse Rayolga Williams Narcisse; his children, Corinne Narcisse Riley (David) and Nakeva Narcisse; and his grandchildren, Shani, Shane, David, Da'Shai and Keaven. He is also survived by 4 sisters, 2 brothers, sisters and brothers in law, several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and devoted friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Saint Thomas Catholic Church (17605 Hwy 15, Pointe ã La Hache, LA 70082). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. An entombment was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at the same location.
