He was predeceased by: his parents, Elton Graves and Christine Graves (Anders); his son Dennis James Graves; and his siblings, Vernell Graves, Dearl Graves, Donald Graves and Randall Graves.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Graves of Pleasant Hill, LA; his daughter Jan Murray (James) of Pleasant Hill, LA; his brothers, Travis Graves (Betty) of Catuna, LA, Terry Graves (Debbie) of Terrell, TX and Odis Gene Graves (Norma) of Pleasant Hill, LA; and his grandchildren, Kenith Murray (Jammie), Ashley Walker (Ryan), Kevin Murray (Hillary Williams), Haillie Parker (Randy), Rebecca Bennett (Hayden) and Russel Graves. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and other family members.
