It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Riley Plauche of Plaucheville, Louisiana, who passed away on July 13, 2020, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Bernice Plauche; his parents, Curtis Plauche and Olive Rabalais Plauche; and his siblings, Reeves Plauche, Melvin Plauche, Iris Laborde, Cleo Ducote and Edna Lacour.
He is survived by: his children, Janice (Barton Jeansonne) of Greenwell Springs, LA, Adrian (Carolyn Plauche) of Plaucheville and Gary (Carol Plauche) of Plaucheville; and his sister Jenora Landry of Denham Springs. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and twenty-five great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter.
