He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Bordelon Gremillion; his parents, Lemmie Gremillion and Norma Gremillion; and his siblings, Rusney Gremillion, Sr. and Mary Joyce Green.

He is survived by: his children, Glenn Gremillion of Ball, Kevin Gremillion (Kathy) of Plaucheville and Elise Gauthier (Brian) of Plaucheville; his grandsons, Joshua Gremillion (Jennifer) and Spencer Gauthier (Amber) of Plaucheville; his great grandchildren, Noah Gremillion, Graham Gremillion, Sam Gauthier of Plaucheville, Remi Gauthier and Emy Gremillion of Plaucheville; and his sister-in-law Patsy Bordelon of Mobile, AL..
