He was predeceased by: his father Edison Authur Mayeaux, Sr.; his grandparents, Edward "Jap", Minnie Mayeaux, Alex "Boot" and Mae Lemoine; his aunt Patty; his nephew Joseph Adams (Heavenly); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Payton and Nicholas.
He is survived by: his mother Natalie Mary Scallan (Lynn Scallan) of Plaucheville; his wife Allison Mayeaux of Plaucheville; his sons, Matthew Mayeaux (Holly) of Plaucheville, Tyler Bowman (Erica) of Plaucheville and Tristan "Noonie" Mayeaux (Sarah) of Plaucheville; and his sisters, Anita Mayeaux of Mansura and Roxanne Johns (Phil) of Denham Springs.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
