Hamilton of Plaquemine; her children, Donna Jo Hamilton Perera and Dan Mace Hamilton; her grandchildren, Matthew A. Perera, Mallory A. Perera and Ridge M. Simoneaux; her sisters, Glenda Hernandez Cearnal (Craig) and Judith Hernandez LeJeune (Steve); her close friend Nelson Stein; and her pet Gypsy. She is also survived by her several nieces and nephews.
