He was predeceased by: his parents, Milford Hebert and Ruth Dupree Hebert; and his siblings, Patrick, Floyd, Dale, Russel Hebert and Rita Mae Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Loflin Hebert; his son Patrick Hebert; his stepchildren, Melissa, Ray Aubin, Jodi, Ken Tharp, Robby Ortego, Amy, Geoff Skinner, Rachel Byrne and William "Billy" Byrne, IV; and his godchild Rusty Hebert (Terynn). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
