He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Schafer Gulotta; his children, Jeff Gulotta (Michele Peace Gulotta), Nancy Gulotta Hestand (John) and Jimmy Gulotta (Kristy Landry Gulotta); his grandchildren, Seth Gulotta, Andrew Gulotta, Wes, Sammy, Nick Hestand, Caroline Gulotta and Gracie Gulotta; his siblings, Michael "Boo" Gulotta (Sherry) and Catherine Etier (Jim Etier); his sisters-in-law, Betty Hebert and Debbie Barker; his nieces, Kayla Barker and Kristen Blanchard; and his grandson Stradton Curry.
