She was predeceased by: her parents, Austin Bourgeois and Alberta Gascon Bourgeois; and her daughter Danielle Bourgeois. She is survived by: her husband Griffin J. Bourgeois, Sr. of Plaquemine; her sons, Griffin Bourgeois Jr. and Mark Bourgeois; her sister Shirley Faye Watson Smith; and her granddaughter Zoe Bourgeois.
