He was predeceased by: his parents, Randolph Sr. Willis and Josie Robertson Willis; and his siblings, Earl "Red" Willis, Catherine Ferachi and Ethel Bueche.
He is survived by: his wife Catherine Aucoin Willis; and his sons, Randolph Willis, III (Kim), Robert Willis (Barbara) and Rodney Willis (Faith). He is also survived by nine grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren.
