He is survived by: his wife Grace Blanchard Prejean; his children, Neil Prejean and Alicia Prejean Fournier (Mervin); his siblings, Mary Sanchez, Virgie Morales, Grace Coupel, Anna Berthelot, Laura Albarado, Darlene Giroir, Leslie Prejean, Jr. and Max Prejean; his grandchildren, Haley Prejean, Camille and Cole Fournier; and his great grandchildren, Kammi, Brynn and Ayden.
