He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Gloria "Sweet" Himel Blanchard; his children, Todd Blanchard and Tara Blanchard Daigle (Brett); his grandchildren, Alyssa Daigle DiSalvo (Nicole), Lancin Blanchard (Victoria) and Lacey Blanchard Martin (Marcus); his great grandchildren, Edie Michelle, Etta Mae DiSalvo, Waylon Murphy Blanchard, Rylee Jane Martin and Baby Girl Blanchard; his son Lance Murphy Blanchard; his parents, Oleis Blanchard and Enola Landry Blanchard; and his siblings, Agnes Sauce, Pearl Aucoin, Mae Berthelot, Cleveland, Enaux, Eloyse "Black" and Percy Blanchard. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
