With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael Ruellan Eby Sr. of Plaquemine, Louisiana, who passed away on March 9, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. John Cyril and Margaret Mulcahy Eby; his siblings, John Cyril Eby, Marie Eby, Joan Gauthreaux, Margaret Eby and Lucinda Tillett; and his niece Susan Hesse.
He is survived by: his wife Jacquelynn Anseman Eby; his sister Katherine Collins; his sons, Michael Ruellan Eby, Jr. (Janette) and Brian Christian Eby (Paige); and his grandchildren, Christian Jacob Eby, Tessa Gabrielle Eby, Kayla Elise Eby, Wesley Cayne Eby, Alexa Michelle Manning and Camryn Taylor Poole.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Plaquemine Friends of the Locks.
