He was predeceased by: his mother Hazel Davis; and his nephew Dusty Rineheart. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl "T. C."; his father Charlie Dean Davis; his daughters, Charlie Deann Davis (Bradley McNair) and Hannah Backus (Noah); his grandchildren, Benjamin Backus and Annabelle Backus; his siblings, Kitty Lou Dunn, Donna Kay Rineheart, Rosie Berthelot, Lennie Lopez (John), Carl Dean Davis (Roxanne) and Terry Davis (Janet); his grandchildren, D. J. Smith and Adrian Smith; and his goddaughter Elia Wilson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
