She was predeceased by: her husband George Clinton Poston; her parents, Cleon Davis and Odis Browning Davis; and her sisters, Frances Davis and Ella Mae Tharp.

She is survived by: her siblings, Betty Daley, Charlie and Quinnon Davis. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
