She was predeceased by: her parents, Murphy Breaux, and Edna Roth Breaux, Sr.; her husband Charles Louis Clement; her daughter Jane Clement Foose; her siblings, Pauline Breaux Champagne (Charles) and Murphy Breaux, Jr. (Mildred); and her brother-in-law Roland Fremin.
She is survived by: her children, Charles R. Clement (Peggy), Gene F. Clement (Michele) and Paula Clement Kane (Dave); her grandchildren, Marc Clement, Aimee Clement Richard (Kevin) and Andrea Clement Sandidge (Clint); her great grandchildren, Braxton Carrier and Madison Richard; her sister Betty Breaux Fremin; and her caregivers, Doris Myles, Faye Falcon, Suzette Wallace and Marcie Dupont.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
