It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Malcom Lyons of Plaquemine, Louisiana, who passed away on September 14, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Troy A. Lyons; his parents, Paola Lyons, Sr. and Ezilda Charpentier Lyons; his siblings, Paola Lyons, Jr. (Mamie), Richard Lyons, Sr. (Judy), Berton Lyons, Michael Lyons, Sr., Della L. Lapeyrouse (Walter) and Wilda "Teetsie" Leboeuf (Willis "Bay"); and his siblings-in-law, Mary Lee Lyons and Errol Picou.
He is survived by: his wife Sadie Marie Dugas Lyons; his children, Rechal L. Bergeron (Barry) of Jeromy and Christina Lyons (Sherry); his daughters-in-law, Brandie Ranes Lyons and Katrina Stroyer Lyons; his siblings, Paul Lyons (Irene), Julius Lyons, Felicia "Fee" Lirette (Wilton) and Vera L. Picou; and his sister-in-law Joann D. Lyons. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two step great-grandchildren.
