She was predeceased by: her parents, Emile Mendoza and Bonnie Bell Verret Mendoza; her siblings, Roger Mendoza and Carol; her brother-in-law Donald Pierce; and her nephew Sonny Pierce.
She is survived by: her daughter Joli M. Adams; her grandchildren, Bryson Adams (Carlneisha Sims), Luna Mendoza and Traveon Jackson; her great grandchild Bryson Adams Jr.; and also, Candy, Mouse Verret, Myrna and Huey Seneca.
