She is survived by: her husband Ted Powell; her daughters, Kimberlee Dobbin (Ken) of Wolcott and Kelly Ferrente of Newark; her stepdaughter Casey Lynn Powell Mancuso; and her grandchildren, Jillian Kay Sherwin of East Rochester, Jared Sherwin of Greece, Alexandra Ferrente of East Rochester, NY, Erin Ferrente, Ali Grace and Kane Mancuso of Plaquemine, Louisiana..
Kay chose cremation and had requested donations to Miami's Animal Welfare Shelter on East Central in lieu of floral remembrances.
