He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Webb and Vessie Davenport Webb; his sisters, Marie Webb Marchand and Wanda Webb Lovett; and his nephew Daryl Lovett.
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Kirk Marchand, Cindy Marchand James, Donald Marchand, Laura Lovett Michel and Brett Lovett.
