He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Gulotta and Etta Lee Gulotta; and his siblings, Desiree Gulotta Rafflee, Orian Gulotta and Tony Gulotta.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Cazes Gulotta; his son Blake "Bull" Gulotta; his sisters, Belinda Gulotta and Missy Koulpasis (Dave); his sisters-in-law, Floretta Gulotta, Mary Sue Gulotta and Vickie Bernard; his close friends, Jimmy Migliacio and Kristy Light; and his great-aunt Rose Quatrevingt. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
