He is survived by: his daughters, Madelyn Gullotto (Nathan Roark) and Katherine Gullotto; his grandson Hendrixx George Grey Roark; his siblings, Frank Gullotto (Joannette), Joseph Gullotto, Steve Gullotto (Renee) and Jo Anne Adams (Dale); his uncle Joseph "Rabbit" Calcagno (Betty); his nieces and nephews, Dale Adams, Jr., Dea Roberts, Angeline Cohen, Frank Gullotto, Jr., Stephen Gullotto and B. J. Rafflee; and also Ian Kurtz. He is also survived by several great nieces, nephews, cousins and many special friends.
