He was predeceased by: his parents, Levi Edgar Glass and Gladys Gertrude Teten Glass; his brother Joe Glass; and his former wife Sally Jacobs. He is survived by: his children, Gladys Ann Glass-Borne, Cathy Glass Land, Eddie Dwain Glass (Gloria) and Sherry Jane Glass Rundzieher (Steve); his wife Doris Theresa Sanchez Glass; his daughter Doris Ines Glass Heckert (Jonathan Heckert); his brother Sam Glass; and his grandchildren, Jason A. Borne (Leslie), Cassandra "Sandy" Frazier (Thomas), Dwain Allen Land, Drew Davis Glass, Jared Levi Glass, Grace Castillo, Arlene Ibarra, Carolyn Eastman, Rudy Castillo (Amber), Kelly Steven Rundzieher, Brooks Robert Rundzieher and Jackson Duplessis Heckert.
