He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Harry and Juanita Simpson; and his siblings, Robert "Bro" Simpson and Harriet Mitchell. He is survived by: his siblings, Eugene Simpson (Catherine), Nita Kay Roucher (Rusty) and Jill Farr. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
