She was predeceased by: her husband Elmar Martin DeVaux; her son Neil DeVaux; and her sister Elizabeth Banta Gautreaux (Betty). She is survived by: her children, Alfred DeVaux (Marlyn Didier), John DeVaux (Joyce Babin), Bruce DeVaux, Avis Ann DeVaux Gutekunst (John), George Wilson Banta (Sonny), Frank William Banta and Merlin Banta; and her sister Janet Banta Wilbert. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and numerous greatgrandchildren, nieces and nephews.
