He is survived by: his children, Mary Kim Fowler (Larry), Vickie Seneca (Joel), Robin Thibodeaux (Mark) and Donald David, Jr.; his grandchildren, Crystal Martinez (Wade), April Spillman (Jody), Jeremy Seneca, Nicole Fabre (Tim), Tiffany Thibodeaux, Breanna Thibodeaux, Kaitlin David and Connor David; his great grandchildren, Landon Martinez, Riley Martinez, Logan Spillman, Carlee Spillman, Ethan, Addison, Laney Seneca, Brayden, Elise, Emma Fabre and Isabella Thibodeaux; and his sisters, Elizabeth Bourque and Gracie Hernandez. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
