It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delia Gourgues of Plaquemine, Louisiana, who passed away on January 27, 2022, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her boyfriend Dennis Trabeaux; her children, Lucy Wahl (Brandon LeMay) and Curtis Tabor (Hiram); her granddaughter Christina; her pet Queenie; her brother Curtis "Bull" Gourgues, Jr.; her nieces, Tiffany Gourgues Fontenot and Kayla Gourgues; her close friend Debbie Cazes; her son Archie Wahl; her grandson Robert Arnold, Jr.; her parents, Curtis, Sr. Gourgues and Tena Tempanaro Gourgues; and her brother Robert "Runt" Gourgues. She was also cherished by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Wilbert Funeral Home to help with funeral cost.
