She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Saurage and Lois Landry Saurage; and her brothers, Charles A. Saurage and Glenn A. Saurage. She is survived by: her husband Joseph A. "Jookie" Marix, Jr.; her daughters, Jamie Noel (Greg) and Allison Kirkland (Morty); and her grandchildren, Nicholas, Caroline Noel, Adam, Jacob and Emily Kirkland.
