She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Wallace Lively; her daughter Linda "Lorraine" Lively Medlen; and her parents, Charles White and Delia Charier White. She is survived by: her sons, Thomas "Dale" Lively (Beverly Laurent Lively) and Darryl Brent Lively; her grandchildren, Diane Gillis (Adam), Katie Lively Inness (Brandon), Randi Lively Creel (Tyler), Brandon Lively (Julie) and Breanne Lively Jenkins (Chris); and her great grandchildren, Shayne Townsend, Wyatt Gillis, Cora Elizabeth Creel, Abbey Lively, Katelyn Roche, Riley Lively, Allie Lively, Drake Jenkins, Shelton Jenkins and Lukas Jenkins.
