He is survived by: his wife Lois Ford of Plain Dealing; his children, Brenda Ford (Cecile De Rocher) of Dalton, GA, Wayne H Ford, III (Kim) of Kingwood, TX and Mike Ford (Linda) of Nashville, TN.; his grandchildren, Ben, Hinson, Sarah, Michael, Mallory, Keegan and John; and his sister Marcia Ford Nelson (Ray) of Benton, LA.. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family request memorials be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
