It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond Woodard (Plain Dealing, Louisiana), who passed away on February 12, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Woodard and Roberta Woodard; and his wife Ella Sims. He is survived by: his children, Warren, Anthony and Pamelyn; and his sisters, Lorean Jacobs, Crattie Curry (James), Alma Hale and Shelby Marshall (Herman). He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
