She was predeceased by: her children, Herbert Lee Bandy, Alton Joe "Boe" Benson and Thelma Benson Murphy; and her husbands, Jake Benson and Tommy Bandy.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn "Pat" Burlison (Ronnie) of Plain Dealing, LA, Rhonda Gaye Leach (Truman) of Natchitoches, LA, Brenda Nipper (Ed) of Macedonia, AR, Jeff Benson (Missy) of Plain Dealing, LA and Glenn Bandy (Melissa) of Plain Dealing, LA. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, and five great-great grandchildren.
